Francesca and the National sitting volleyball team

The Paralympic Games for Francesca Fossato and her teammates of the women’s national sitting volleyball team ended in the rounds, without making it to the quarters.

After beating Japan 3-0, the Italians were stopped first by Canada 3-1 and then by Brazil 3-1.

The Italian Team ended the Paralympic Games in sixth place.

Girls, this was your first appearance at the Paralympic Games, it didn’t go as it should have, but you were great!
