Immediately after born she was brought to Vicenza to intensive care unit because of some structural mouth complications.
At the very beginning Emma’s parents reaction was of astonishment and shock. Emma’s sister, Anna, even if very young, has always been patient and affectionate towards her sister.
Emma is still a little girl, but would like to enjoy sports. She would like to start dancing and according to her mother Marta, given her slim figure, she would also be very good at it.
Her favorite character is Jack Sparrow because he is as brave as she is.
The parents got to know art4sport by searching on the internet for organizations that care about amputations. They first met Teresa Grandis, the President of art4sport, who visited them at home and then attended one of the first birthdays.
Emma has been part of the art4sport team since October 2018: given her young age, the Association will be able to support her in her sporting dream.
